How to create an account ?

Head to the My Account icon at the top right of the website, let yourself be guided to enter your name, email and password. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

We invite you to create an account to place and track your orders and update your information.

I forgot my password, what can I do ?

Head to the My account icon at the top right of the site, then click on Forgotten password or click directly here. LIEN

You will immediately receive a link in your email allowing you to reset your new password.

What are the online payment methods ?

The payment page is secure and allows you to order with the following payment methods: credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD) and PayPal.

How do I track my orders ?

In My account> My orders, you can follow all your orders thanks to the status indicated. Moreover, an email is sent at each stage of your order.

What are the delivery methods ?

The site offers a standard delivery by the service provider Chronopost at home. In 2 to 3 days Chronopost will deliver your package to the address indicated in your order.

What are the shipping zones ?

The website ships to Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria and Luxembourg.

How much is the shipping cost ?

For all orders under 60€, the transport costs are either 8,00€ excluding VAT  for Germany and Luxemburg, 9,00€ excluding VAT for Austria, Italy and Spain.

For all orders over 60€, they are free.

How can I contact customer service ?

Customer service can be reached through this form. Your request will be processed in 2 days.

How do I return an item ?

Contact us through the contact form to indicate the reasons for your return. You have 14 days to return any item or order in its original condition. Please read the detailed conditions on this link.

I have not received my order, what can I do ?

First of all, check the status of your order in your account. As soon as the parcel has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email confirming shipment.

For a delivery with DPD, you can follow the progress of the parcel with your tracking number by contacting the Customer Service via the contact form. A Lefranc Bourgeois advisor will inform you of the status of your package.

If after 5 working days following this message, you haven’t received anything and no delivery notice has been left in your mailbox, contact our Customer Service through the contact form.

 A product is missing from the package

It is possible that your items were sent in several packages. We invite you to check your emails to see if your items will be sent separately.

When you receive your package and it is opened and / or damaged, you must report to the transporter in writing and in detail on the delivery note with the date and your signature, within three 3 days, not including holidays, from the date of delivery. After this period, no claim can be taken into account by the carrier.

If a product is missing from the package, you must also confirm your items to our Customer Service within three 3 days, not including public holidays, from the date of delivery, mentioning your order number and the reference of the missing product as well as its quantity through the contact form.

We will get back to you as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

I didn’t receive the right product

In order to resolve any problem with the incorrect item as soon as possible, we invite you to contact our Customer Service through our contact form, mentioning your order number, the reference of the expected product, the reference or description of the incorrect product received. We may also ask you for a picture of the delivered item in order to establish the shipping error.

We will get back to you as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What are the refund procedures ?

Contact customer service through our contact form to identify the reason for your return. The item must be returned in its original condition and within the 14 day cooling-off period.

Your refund will be made to the initial method of payment for your order, within 14 working days. See our refund and return conditions here.

The newsletter informs you about the brand's news and the new products. It also offers you tips on how to use the products and introduces you to painting techniques and concepts.
