DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

Standard delivery - At home

This delivery method is provided by the service provider Chronopost.

For all orders under 60€, the transport costs via this method are either 8,00€ excluding VAT  for Germany and Luxemburg, 9,00€ excluding VAT for Austria, Italy and Spain. For all orders over 60€, they are free.

Within 2-3 days, the delivery of the parcel is carried out at the delivery address validated at the time of your order with an attempt at hand delivery.

If you are absent, your parcel will be deposited in your letterbox if its volume allows it. If not, the postman will leave you a delivery notice mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel on presentation of an identity document within 15 calendar days from the day after the delivery notice was left.

After this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. Your order will then be cancelled and refunded. You will be informed by e-mail.

Delivery zones : Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria and Luxembourg.

 

Refund

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH A PRODUCT OR IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PARCEL, YOU CAN RETURN IT TO US.

You have a legal retraction period of 14 days following the delivery of your order to return your items.

Contact us via the contact form to indicate the reasons for your return.

We invite you to carefully prepare your return package. The product must be returned in its original packaging with its labels still attached, and in perfect condition before being placed in the parcel, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the package, we will proceed to a quality control of the returned goods. The return will not be accepted if the product is used, soiled, damaged and/or if it has been rendered unfit for resale. If the return procedure is not followed, the refund cannot be made and you will be informed by email.

If the return is accepted, you will be reimbursed using the same method of payment you used to pay for your order, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

The refund includes the price of the returned products and the delivery costs if the order is returned in its entirety. In case of partial return of the ordered products, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded.

 

SPECIAL CASE OF NON-CONFORMING OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We undertake to reimburse you for a defective, damaged or damaged product, or one that does not correspond to the order.

 

Receipt of a defective item or one that does not correspond to the order

We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products and to the preparation of orders. However, if you notice a defect, or if the product delivered does not correspond to your order, we invite you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, explaining the problem encountered and attaching a photo to note the damage or the shipping error. In the event of a proven defect or error in the preparation of your order, we will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order and will refund the cost of the original delivery if the entire order is returned. No spontaneous returns will be accepted.

Refunds will always be made in the same way as the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

Receipt of a damaged package

If you receive a damaged parcel, check with the carrier whether the products inside are not damaged. Make reservations on the delivery note.

If you have accepted the package and the carrier has not given you the opportunity to check the condition of the package, and you notice that an item is broken or damaged, you must notify the carrier of any reservations about the packaging and the condition of the products, in writing and in detail on the delivery slip with the date and your signature, at the latest within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, no claim can be taken into account by the carrier. You must also confirm your reservations in detail by sending the completed, dated and signed delivery note to our Customer Service Department within 3 days of the delivery date via our contact form.
